Captain Inuwa Salma is an accomplished aviation professional with over 2,900 flight hours and more than a decade of experience spanning command, instructional, and operational roles. Currently serving as Chief Pilot at Pyatic Flying Associates, she leads executive charter operations with responsibility for safety oversight, AOC documentation, crew performance, and regulatory compliance. Her leadership extends to coordinating with engineering and dispatch teams, updating operations manuals (OM-A to OM-D), and ensuring audit readiness while maintaining strong working relationships with aviation authorities.
